If you believe or know you have an outstanding warrant you need to contact an attorney. It is never advisable to go unrepresented and submit yourself to government authorities based on your warrant. Contact this law office and I will get you the best outcome, i.e. you won't have to spend ANY time in jail There are two types of warrants, both of which expose you to being arrested and placed in custody. First and most common is the Bench Warrant. The bench warrant is a warrant issued by a judge when an accused is not present in court when his/her case is scheduled. Immediately contact me in order to arrange your presence in court and argue for YOUR freedom. Sometimes judges want to place the person in custody when he/she presents herself after the bench warrant has been issued. I will contact the DA, issuing judge, and the court in order to schedule your appearance in order to recall the bench warrant and keep you out of custody. I can even get your warrant recalled without you even having to be present in court! This doesn't always work, but it works for me most of the time. Now the second type of warrant is the Arrest Warrant. This warrant is issued by the arresting agency (cops) upon completion of an investigation. You may not know you have an arrest warrant until it's too late. (your arrested). If you believe you might have any type of warrant, contact my law offices and minimize your exposure to ANY jail time.
